2009 review for BlazBlue
Fighting games have been an absolute crowd favorite whether it is on arcade or on consoles and the latest fighting game released by Arc System Works titled BlazBlue hit every angle that players love about this genre. First of all, every fighting game fan loves a hard core fight off and this game delivers every bit of hard core that you are ever going to need. Casual fight fans might want to look away just about now. Furthermore, the game features easy-to-pick up fighter game as well as being very accessible.
But probably one of the items that this game needs is more characters because there are just very little to choose from. But if it is any consolation, we appreciate the amount of graphic design effort that the dev team put into the game as we can clearly see from the background and special effects when a move is executed. Characters movements are also very fluid which gives you a detailed view as to what kind of physical skill it takes to execute such a move. We just hope that this year we will have a sequel to the game or even an update that gives us more players. Either of the two can do really.
