Heavy Rain initially wants PS Motion Controls

David Cage of Quantic Dreams first said that he want the motion controls for the Heavy Rains. While Cage spoke in the reader Q&A together with the Norwegian publication Dagbladet, he said that the firm is will announce something about the game. In the coming weeks, the game will be having the motion controls.

Cage revealed that the first edition of Heavy Rain was based on the motion control but during that time, motion control was not feasible. The game was already developed in 2006. During that time, Sony already sees the need for a device that will suit with the game.

Cage said that he always had an interest in the Sony’s motion device. This is already a good chance for them that they announced something useful about the new game in the next weeks to come. The “Arc” of Sony is expected for release this fall. You need to watch out for Heavy Rain next because it is their first public release. The game was recently having its demo on the PSN.

Heavy Rain will be pegged in the coming evens in the United States on February 23, mainland Europe February 24 and in the United Kingdom on February 26.
